LA detectives arrested Nicholas Prugo, 18, on suspicion of felony burglary. He's being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
"Mean Girls" star Lohan's Hollywood Hills home was robbed last month. Patridge, a star of MTV's "The Hills," was burglarized in February.
