Watch the commercial for the wizarding world of Harry Potter that will air during the Super Bowl. It's the first chance fans have to look inside the park.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, the world’s only Harry Potter amusement park, will air a 30-second commercial Sunday, February 7 during the Super Bowl. The ad shows the films’ star
Daniel Radcliffe flying around the park’s attractions on a broomstick. And if you watch closely you’ll see the first glimpses of a Harry Potter roller coaster. If you’re one of the millions of fans still waiting to get your letter from Hogwarts, then the Harry Potter amusement park might be the happiest place on earth.
The Potter-themed park opens in Spring at Universal Studios Resort in Florida. It’s the closest muggles (nerds) will ever get to visiting the magical world of Harry Potter. The park will feature a 150-foot tall replica of the Hogwarts Castle as well as other locations from the book like Hogsmeade Village and Ollivander’s Wand Shop. Visitors will also be able to sit down at the Hog’s Head Pub and order a butterbeer, a popular (nonalcoholic) drink from the book series. The castle will also be home to "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey,” which either has something to do with wizard puberty or is some kind of quidditch-based roller coaster.
